General Policies

• Crafter’s Dream Retreat House is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

• No pets or service animals are allowed at any time. No exceptions.

• Crafter’s Dream Retreat House is an adult-only retreat house. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend adult-only crafting events or adult-only weekends.
  No children are permitted during adult-only crafting events or adult-only weekends.

• For events or classes that allow children, all minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult or legal guardian at all times.

• The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Any minors present on the property must remain under the care and supervision of an adult or legal guardian at all times.

• Crafter’s Dream Retreat House is not liable for any loss, damage, or claims resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to theft, power outages, utility disruptions, internet interruptions, personal injury, or other unforeseen events.

• If a reservation is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, electrical failures, or utility outages), guests may choose one of the following options:

  • A full refund, including the initial deposit, or

  • A transfer of the reservation to another available weekend within one year of the original reservation date

 

Security Cameras

• Crafter’s Dream Retreat House is equipped with security cameras located inside and outside the property, in public and common areas only.

• Cameras are used solely for safety and security purposes for both guests and staff.

• All camera footage is kept private, is not available for guest viewing, and will not be shared or uploaded publicly.

 

Photography & Social Media

• By attending events, classes, or retreats at Crafter’s Dream Retreat House, guests acknowledge and agree that photographs and/or videos may be taken during events.

• Photos and videos may be used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes, including posting on Crafter’s Dream’s website and social media platforms.

• Guests who prefer not to be photographed or recorded must notify Crafter’s Dream staff prior to the start of the event. Reasonable efforts will be made to honor such requests.

 

Cancellation Policy

• A $100 booking fee is non-refundable.

• Cancellations made 31–59 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a 50% refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 30 days or less before the reservation date.
