EVENT & RATES

Monthly Crafting: Crafter’s Dream hosts monthly crafting days and weekends, check out calendar for dates ​

  • Monthly Work & Play Friday- $40 per person (includes dinner, snacks and beverages)

    • 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

  • Saturday Monthly Crafting $40 per person (includes dinner, snacks and beverages)

    • 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

  • Hosted Open Weekends: - $275 per person (includes 2 brunches, 2 dinners, snacks, beverages, games, prizes, make-n-take paper craft and lots of fun)

Private overnight Retreats with Brunch, Dinner, Snacks & Beverages (6 person minimum) and end Sunday at 2:00 p.m.: 

  • 2 Night Stay (Friday beginning at 2:00 p.m.) $250 per person

  • 3 Night Stay (Thursday beginning at 2:00 p.m.) $350 per person

 

Rates for Crafter's Only, Plus $500 Refundable Deposit if No Damages

  • 2 Nights up to 12 Guests (4 Queen, 2 Full and 2 Twin beds) - $1,750

  • 3 Nights up to 12 Guests (4 Queen, 2 Full and 2 Twin beds) - $2,250

Classes:

  • We hosts various public crafting classes, check calendar for dates and pricing

  • Plan a private class for your group of six or more (email for dates and rates)

No smoking, No pets or service animals, and No children for Adult Only Events. We are a private residence, not a public facility.

​

Rental of Entire House or One of Three Floors:  NO LARGE Parties Allowed.  Email us for more pricing and  information.

  • Reserve space by the Hour (4 hours minimum):

    • Bible Study

 

  • Reserve space during the Day or Evening:

    • Workshops /Classes

    • Bridal / Baby Shower

    • Tea Party

  • Reserve space Overnight:

    • Bridal Shower / Bachelorette Party

    • Church Retreats

    • Family Reunions

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT OPTIONS

A 50% deposit and consent form is due within one (1) week from booking request to confirm reservations 60 days or less.  Final Balance due 30 days prior to check-in date.  

 

Reservations for events between 61-90 days require a $100 non-refundable booking fee to save the date.  60 days before the event a 50% deposit of the total amount is due and Final Balance due 30 days prior to check-in date, the $100 booking fee will be applied to the final balance.

Reservations for events over 91 days require a $500 non-refundable booking fee to save the date.  60 days before the event a 50% deposit of the total amount is due and Final Balance due 30 days prior to check-in date, the $500 booking fee will be applied to the final balance..   

 

Reservations are subject to cancellation and forfeiture of deposit(s) if payments are not received by specified dates as referenced above.

Payments: PayPal, Credit and Debt cards accepted with 10% processing fee of amount.  Zelle accepted with no processing fee.  

 

Cancellation Policy 

  • 50% refund of deposit if  cancelled 31 - 59 days prior to arrival date, not including non-refundable booking fee.

  • No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to event start date.
