EVENT & RATES

Monthly Crafting: Crafter’s Dream hosts monthly crafting days and weekends, check out calendar for dates ​​

• Saturday Monthly Crafting $40 per person (includes dinner, snacks and beverages)

  • 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

• Hosted Open Weekends: - $300 per person (includes: Accommodations for two nights, 6-foot craft table, brunch, dinner, snacks, beverages, games, prizes, make-n-take paper craft, fellowship, knowledge sharing, and fun)

  • Friday, 12:00 pm - Sunday, 2:00 pm

Private overnight Retreats (6 person minimum): Overnight accommodations, 6-foot craft table, brunch, dinner, snacks, beverages, knowledge sharing, and fun

• 2 Night Stay (Friday beginning at 2:00 p.m.) $275 per person

• 3 Night Stay (Thursday beginning at 2:00 p.m.) $375 per person

• End Sunday afternoon at 2:00 pm

 

Rates for Crafter's Only, Plus $500 Refundable Deposit if No Damages

• 2 Nights up to 8 Guests (4 Queen, 2 Full and 2 Twin beds) - $1,640.00 ($50 each additional guest)

• 3 Nights up to 8 Guests (4 Queen, 2 Full and 2 Twin beds) - $2,360.00 ($50 each additional guest)

• Additional Nights available, ask for quote

Classes:

• We hosts various crafting classes, check calendar for dates and pricing

• Plan a private class for your group of six or more (email for dates and rates)

No smoking, No pets or service animals, and No children for Adult Only Events. We are a private residence, not a public facility.

Rental of Entire House or One of Three Floors:  NO LARGE Parties Allowed.  Email us for more pricing and  information.

DEPOSIT, PAYMENT OPTIONS & REFUNDS

A 50% deposit and consent form is due within one (1) week from booking request to confirm reservations 60 days or less.  Final Balance due 30 days prior to check-in date.  

 

Reservation for events between 61-90 days require a $100 non-refundable booking fee to save the date.  60 days before the event a 50% deposit of the total amount is due and Final Balance due 30 days prior to check-in date, the $100 booking fee will be applied to the final balance.

Reservations for events over 91 days require a $250 non-refundable booking fee to save the date.  60 days before the event a 50% deposit of the total amount is due and Final Balance due 30 days prior to check-in date, the $500 booking fee will be applied to the final balance..   

 

Reservations are subject to cancellation and forfeiture of deposit(s) if payments are not received by specified dates as referenced above.

Payments Options: Zelle and CashApp.  PayPal accepted with 10% processing fee of  total amount.  

 

Cancellation Policy ​

• Booking Fee: Non-refundable.

• Deposit Refund: 50% of the deposit will be refunded if the booking is cancelled 31 to 59 days before the scheduled arrival date.

• Cancellation within 30 days: No refund of the deposit will be issued.
